Check-in prices felt odd with options for all-night stays and short stays, hinting at a clientele with different expectations. Rooms facing the courtyard can be noisy due to a large AC unit, and even after switching to a better room, hissing pipes and other sounds disturbed the peace. Charging a deposit for a minor towel issue seemed excessive. Communication about this was also a bit challenging.

Beautiful hotel in a central location. Helpful and amiable staff with great local knowledge. Well-designed a double room, exceptionally comfortable beds. Location near to nice areas, coffee shops, Parque Forestal, Bellavista, Cerro Hill, the central mercado, and bars and restaurants in Lastarria and the downtown area. The hotel had a central setting close to the subway. The room we had was absolutely fabulous with a very comfortable bed and the staff was very nice!

I encountered a noisy buzzing sound a few times , and the extra charges for in-room services felt a bit overwhelming. This place is good for a short stay but could improve on managing noise levels.

Ope, we loved this place! Super cozy room with a comfy bed and hot showers that seemed like a warm hug after our day out. The street art added such a cool vibe. Plus, the staff were a big help, arranged a taxi for us and even lending a hand when we lost some stuff. Can't wait to come back!

Nice place to visit, did not want to leave. Really enjoyed our 3 nights here. Very amiable and pleasant staff did a great job. We were moved to a double room and had a safe box, a mini-bar, and central heating. The hotel was in a marvellous location, close to the subway. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Schopdog...

The hotel has a unique industrial theme.

The room I was given was quite small, and I struggled to find space for my suitcase. The air conditioning made a loud noise, disrupting my sleep, and the presence of broken blinds contributed to my discomfort.

Clean room, helpful staff, the hotel offered amenities like air conditioning and express check-in, and it's conveniently located just 18 km from the nearest airport.

Nothing to complain about at all.

I stayed at Sommelier Loft for three nights while exploring Santiago. The hotel is well-situated, just two blocks from Santa Lucia metro station and within easy walking distance to Plaza de Armas and Lastarria. My room was spacious, and the fast wifi was convenient for my work needs. The unique industrial theme and street art style decoration added character to the hotel.

Low level noise from the pipework at night was somewhat distracting.

the room was slightly tight for 11 nights, but the bed was amazing! ! the staff was super helpful and quick with everything we needed 💪. the location was close to many attractions.

The staff at reception was super friendly. They gave great directions to nearby attractions. The hotel also has 24-hour reception and security. It's conveniently located close to all the sights in the area.

The hotel Sommelier Loft is large and fashionable. the bed is very comfortable. the location is excellent, offering a short walk to various attractions, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, Parque Forestal.
